My family and I love to indulge ourselves with decadent desserts from The BROOKIE COOKIE. For a few years now I’ve been obsessed with cookies from The BROOKIE COOKIE, and for good reason. • On the back of this plate you’ll see the original recipe Pretzel Crunch cookie topped with caramelized sourdough pretzels. I could rave about them forever, the combination of textures, sweet, and a little salty go together perfectly.
• Then you have the Almond Pecan cookies, some are topped with whipped cream and fruit topping (I added that). It’s even fun to top a bowl of vanilla ice cream with a Almond Pecan cookies, add whipped cream and fruit topping for a yummy sundae dessert.
• Then there is 1 mouth-watering CremePie with vanilla creme.
• The ice cream cookie you see is one that I actually put together with 2 Original Chocolate cookies and vanilla ice cream.

Not only are these cookies great right out of the package but you can also jazz them up a little more for a special party or family get together.

Pretzel Crunch Cookie, Almond Pecan w/ a little topping & 2 Original Cookies turned into an Ice Cream Sandwich

Featured front and center in the above photo is the original recipe Pretzel Crunch cookie with caramelized sourdough pretzels. The Pretzel Crunch cookies are amazing with a glass of milk. The pretzel balances the sweetness of the cookie, perfectly. The crush counteracts the softness of the cookie and melts in your mouth.

Here you get a better view of the ice cream sandwich. Don’t you just want to sink your teeth into it?!

A Sundae & Whip Creme

Serve the Almond Pecan cookie with a dollop of whip cream and fruit topping or add them to the top of a delicious ice cream sundae. My children and I put together a delicious sundae using the Almond Pecan cookies, yum. The three of us really enjoyed this dessert.

Both Jasmine (5) and her little brother, Sean (1.5) love Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
